I've been playing with my HPS 6.1 for nigh on a decade now (mostly doubles), and I've found myself thinking I may want to change to another frame with a slightly more less-head-light balance.

I picked up a couple nTours this Spring. I like them okay, but they seem to be a little slower (higher SW?) on ground strokes but noticeably more stable at net.

A local shop has some KPro Team/Tour/the-one-with-the-leather-grip on closeout, and they seem to be sort of in between the HPS and the nTour. Not sure if they'll let me demo a closeout frame...

Opinions before I drop some dollars to try these out? FWIW, I'm a mid/high 4.0, play 80% doubles, flat to moderate topspin strokes.

    Thanks in advance, yo.

many say that the k pro tour plays likes a psc 6.1 with less heft and less stiff. i'd give it a try, if money is an issue i see them go for like 40 bucks on the bay all the time. good luck.

Thanks. I think I'll give one a try. Just remembered I have a friend who uses them.
