I went and hit yesterday indoors with a friend and i was having alot of trouble keeping my knees bent. A hadn't played in over a month but it was really frustrating because it would keep me off-balanced. I've always stood up a little too much, but never this bad. Could anyone reccomend drills or excersises that would help me keep my knees bent? thanks, i'd really appreciate it. If it helps, here's a couple of pics from the summer:

I can't recommend any drills, but basically, you should hit your groundies with your feet more apart so you can recover quicker and stay in balance.
Just concentrating on that lowers your stance a hair, and makes your quads come into play.
