tried to put some lead on the inside hoop of some 200 lites. the strips flew off after five forehands because of how slick the finish is. anyone else have this issue?

Huh?? Slick finishes are what adhesives usually bond to best. Mottled finishes like Dunlop "snakeskin" usually wreak havoc on adhesives.

I wrap my Bio3T with 1/4" lead, using 6" four times, at 10-2 and 11-1, between the strings.
When it's time for a restring, the stringer just takes it off and I replace it.
