Can you add lead tape with the racquet still strung?

    yeah, why not?
Where were you wanting to add it?

If you want to put in around the head, then just cut the tape in half (long ways) and put it on each side

Most people DO add lead AFTER the racket is strung, that is, unless they are trying to hide the lead under the bumperguard or something.

Thats true, unless you are trying to under the lead under the bumper, i dont see why cant you add the lead after the racquet is strung. That way its easier for you to add or remove lead tapes.
