Does anyone know the rules on getting a refund for the team signup fee?

There are a couple of players on my team who signed up but for various reasons (family/work commitments) were unable to play at all during the season. It's now the end of the season and they haven't played a single match. Can they still apply for a refund?

At least for us Norcal folks, the captain can remove them off the roster if they have not played any matches and they get a credit of $18 ($21 - $3 non-refundable processing fee) that will be applied on a future league.

I'm not sure if there's a deadline for this to be done though.

Speak to your local coordinator. She should help you out.

If you feel like she isn't helping go to the state coordinator.
