What's the legal regulation limit for head size in professional tournaments or what are all the limitations for the racquet?

I believe the largest head size legal is 135", but I'm not 100% sure.

For men, I don't know, but Serena Williams uses the largest head size i think.

Well, unless they changed the maximum length since Sunday (when I took the MRT test) it's still 29".

A better question is how could you keep the ball in the court with a 135 square inch racket.
