To TW: I don't mean to draw ANY business away from TW with this post - honest.

I am just wondering if "The Tennis Spot" is a legitimate retailer because I can never get a phone call back from them and I never get an email back from them either. Their customer service is nothing like Tennis Warehouse or **************, so I am just wondering if anyone has ever done business with "The Tennis Spot"?

There was an elaborate thread on this subject few months ago if you do a search. Bottom line -- a number of people had unpleasant experiences, myself included, with what seemed to be a cavalier attitude there. I got the guy on the phone once, was told essentially that this is an internet business and they didn't like to deal with people on the phone (though a phone # accompanied their print ad). I asked if a certain number of a particular racquet was available and he would not tell me, only saying there were "a few." I could not get him to be more specific. I've never encountered so much hostililty from someone I was trying to make a purchase from.
