little wrist pain

    ok, so lately my wrist has been hurting kinda bad when i picked up my racquet..(right one, so obviously from tennis) is there anything i can do to really help it quickly?

    right now im:

    Icing 15 minutes
    take off 10 minutes
    icing 15 minutes

    anything else i could do?

    Nope, you have to rest it completely unless you want to play hurt for the next few weeks when it could be healed in a week. Yea, I tried it a few times and man, it sucked! The spin impact on the ball to stringbed killed me, so I quit for a week and now I am fine lol

    ah, this sucks! cause i just bought a new Kblade tour and i wanna play with it!

    usually when i start playin it doesnt really hurt. but afterward ew wee, im 17 feeling like im 50 :O

    would a wrist brace thing make it where it would be able to heal, and me stillplay?

    Well, if your wrist hurt to the extent that you can barely pick up your racquet... i doubt it would help. I hurted mine few weeks ago and man, I couldn't hit a forehand... my wrist couldnt take the impact : (

    o it doesnt hurt that much! more of a slight pain, but its deff not comfortable! and can be a lil painful, but not like a "broke" type pain

    I'm no doc but if you sprain it slightly... just practice with care. Thats what I did and it feels fine now.

    i played tonight for 2 hours, i didnt notice it all. but now i can feel it if i move it the wrong way.
