I've been out of the newer racquets coming out for quite some time. My last racquet was the LM Instinct. I liked the weight, swing weight and power - but it feels 'hollow' if that is even a racquet term.

Is there anything out there now that is similar specs, but more solid feeling without breaking the bank?

    Thanks

I have 5 of them and it felt hollow in the handle.

With $3 of lead tape in the handle, the hllowness was gone.

Much cheaper than getting a $100 frame.

What did the added weight do for your overall weight and swing weight?

I would like to add about 3-5 grams to the racquet buttcap without increasing the swing weight much.

Also heard people used silicone in the handle for this one with great success. I would be very curious as to HOW one can add precise quantities of it in order for multiple rackets to not feel different after the mod.

Using a Babolat as an example, which is hollow for every frame.

A #64 Rubberband really fixes the problem. It dampens it so much, that you get increased feel
