guys, I wanna ask questions about my grip. When you try to hit tennis balls, do you have to tighten your racquet hard or just normally? because when I loosen it a little, the ball goes out whenever I try to hit it hard..

Goes out as in out of the court or?

I tighten my grip when i see my opponent make contact with the ball, until i follow through. Once i return the ball i'm just holding the racket, until my opponent makes contact with the next ball.

Holding the racket tight throughout the whole match puts unnecessary stress in your forearm. You dont want that.

Do not grip the racket tightly. Keep your grip relaxed yet strong enough to hold onto the racket so it doesn't fly out of your hand. This will give you greater acceleration and whip on the ball. If the ball is going out chances are you are not getting enough topspin on the ball and it is your technique that needs work. Gripping the racket to tight will restrict your movement.

Don't hold the grip tightly. Relax and hit the ball cleanly.
