Looking for racquet help

Hello,

After 28 years I'm getting back into the game and boy has alot changed. Trying to pick out a racquet is now quite a task. Here's some background, I'm most likely a 3.5 player, mainly from the baseline, hit a hard flat ball. Currently using a ProKennex Asymmetric 100" strung with Technifibre Multi-feel 16 string.

At 50 I'm looking for an arm friendly racquet. My game has come back pretty good, but I notice I'm still hitting long.

I have done some research and really like the following racquets but maybe I do not understand all the numbers.

Volkl Power Bridge V1 Midplus
Prince EX03

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I have no idea what sort of weight, balance, or flex your PK has, so I don't know what might be good for you among current gear.

The other problem is that you listed the Prince EXO3, but that's the entire current line of Prince frames, not a particular racquet. Hopefully you can narrow things down.

In any case, I recommend the TW demo program without reservation. It gives you access to pretty much the entire candy store and all you pay is the shipping.

Sorry for the confusion with regard to the Prince racquet, i was looking at the EX03 Red.

I started out with my old 70 sq inch racquet from the 70"s that just didn't cut it.

I'm open to any suggestions for a racquet for a baseline flat ball hitter with a pretty aggresive swing that will not kill my arm. I plan on playing 2-3 times a week for 2 hours per outing.

thanks for any help.

Everything u are describing is contained in the PK Redondo mid! I just got 2 because like u Im an aggressive swinger and now hit more of a flat shot. Also, although not a reason why I got the Dondo's, they are EXTREMELY arm friendly @ 56 flex. I had gotten used to pain in my shoulder and elbow, but now I have no arm pain!

Definitely suggest a demo.

Thanks, I'm going to demo some racquets and I'll give the Redondo a try, it's head size is a little bit smaller than what I was looking for though.
