Good match underway, L-R won the first set tiebreak. Anybody else watching this? Good battle between dubs specialists and baseliners, tho Lopez is a talented doubles player.

I have been watching the doubles, and I also watched some of the singles yesterday. I was impressed with the Israelis who played well, but are not on their favoured surface (I think) and were well beaten in the first two matches. In addition to being better clay court players, the Spanish also look more like tennis players in physique. But all credit to Sela in particular who really fought against JCF.

    Just a non-technical note.
When the ball-girl got hit by the ball Nadal went down to check in person as she was doing.
I am not a fan of Nadal, but this guy must be really a genuine nice person.
I really have a great deal of respect for him.
