Why is Tennis Warehouse only using low-grade 40-bit encryption?

My browser identifies this as being somewhat unsecure.

Our online ordering system is extremely secure. Your information is transmitted using an encryption algorithm that only we can decode.

Dont count on that, basically the number of bits determines how long it will take to decrypt so using a 64 or 128 bit algorithm makes it much more timely. Ex: Using 40 bits, a pentium 4 1.6ghz PC will need to test 2**40 keys to decrypt and on average will take approx 13 days, sometimes several days, on the other hand, 64 bits raises the time to thousands of days.
