Low power level, stable, dampened? I Rad . . . yes?

From what I've read about the I Rad MP, it seems low powered and dampened. Does anybody agree with the TW review on this frame? I realize that it's kind of stiff in the upper hoop, like many of the non-prestige intelligence frames, but I was wondering if anybody would be willing to nail down the comfort and power level. By comfort, I mean off center hits and sweetspot size.

Light and powerful. Not too dampened. Sweet spot in the middle of the head.

I weighted mine up with some lead at 3/9 and handle. I use Lux BB Ace 18 mains and anything soft 17g in the crosses. Nice controlled power with excellent spin for a 18x20 pattern. Stiff upper hoop as you mention in your post.

Seeing that you can get these for around $60 on e b a y it's an excellent deal for these racquets. Like the i.rad much better than the new LM rads.

Mine feels kinda boady with Head syngut @ 60lb compared to my HPS. That being said its got a good sized sweet spot and doesnt vibrate too much on mis-hits with 6 grams at 3/9.
