lowering your shoulder on 2 hander?

    do you lower your right shoulder on a 2 handed backhand to allow the left hand to do its thing? or is it just pointing the shoulder towards the ball? or neither?

    depends on the height and pace of the bounce. but yeah, usually i lower the shoulder a bit, while at the same time pointing it towards the ball.

    ya i do drop my shoulder on every low ball

    I dunno I think it seems like it does it by itself, but again I'm asking cause I dont know lol

    i dont consciously drop any shoulder... i jus hit the damn thing lol.

    having said that, i just checked my swing in the mirror and i do drop my right shoulder lol

    focus on getting your shoulders at least sideways instead of the height of each shoulder... the latter is not really something you should think about when hitting / there are other more important mechanics to focus on.
