Didn't see it didn't come up sorry.
Am I the only one that pulls their hair out (figuratively) when seeing the ridiculous deals?
WTH, never seen those before.
I just came out from a nike factory outlet near Malaga in Spain. Found some V9's
White and orange, blue/green/white
60 euros each, so I bought them both.
Low price=nice find, no?
True. Never seen Nike make socks specifically for tennis.
I have about two dozen pairs of the PEx Nike FitDry tennis socks that I got for $2.99 a pair a 18 months back. My favorite tennis socks. But they are made in USA and are white with black swoosh and grey heel patch. I've never seen the socks with yellow and made in Israel so this is an interesting find indeed.
Cheapest I've ever seen V9s were Fed's AO 12 versions which were $79 from Nike. Other than that, it seems $100 is an acceptable price.
Really? Nike has been making socks specifically for tennis for many years. I have lots of them. Even ones with the Nike tennis court logo on them.
It's more pitiful where I am. There's literally nothing!
Found more tennis apparel at Adidas Outlets, rack of Shorts and another of Shirts than at Nike. Cheaper too. Ellenton, Florida
I remember buying like 30 pairs of those at 1.99 like 3 years ago. Great socks
Care to show your collection?
When I go to the outlets or factory store (nike) I usually ask a rep for any tennis-specific apparel or shoes. Last time I went I picked up 4 shorts for $40
Picked up RF's 2012 US Open day polo at a Nike outlet for $25!
^ I still won't pay $8 for one pair of socks.
yeah $8 per pair too much but everybody see it differently
Digging those socks.
I remember going to a local shoe store and they had a dozen pairs of socks on sale for $10 (for the entire dozen).
Own these socks. Too thin for tennis IMHO.
To each their own...
Still better than the $14/pair for the Nike Elites.
really?? dang I thought these socks are the best I've worn for tennis o.o but then again I think elites are a lil too thick so maybe I prefer socks that are in between the normal nike drifit ones and the elites\
defintely going to stock up more on these this year at the us open (hopefully they still have them!!_)
yeah you can find such deals at marshalls or costco (they have many different styles as well)
Tucson, AZ is where I hail from. It's empty here.
Suspect Orlando has a treasure trove of tennis gear. Btw, The Sports Authority has more tennis items than any outlet, period.
I recently acquired a pair of Nike 10 inch woven stretch shorts in size M for $25.
got Nike Pro combat base layer for $7.. not bad
The Sports Authority here did get a nice shipment of polos and patterned shorts about a month ago. That's where I actually get the majority of my tennis shorts, if only their tennis shoe selection was good...................... But they did have CB 3.3s at one time.
So I take it you don't own Nike Elites?
Question for longtime bargain outlet experts: Is USD $20-25 for a new old stock 2011 or 2012 collared Federer polo considered:
a) a great cheap find, worth snapping up?
b) about average Nike clear-out pricing
c) meh. Still overpriced - you've seen and bought cheaper than $20.
A combo of a) and b), with more of a). I only buy Fed/Nadal type shirts I like once I can get them for $40 or less, and I've managed as cheap as $15 quite a few times. So I'd say go for it at 20-25.
cant find anything EVER
whenever i go to the nike outlet/factory store near me I always ask them if they have any tennis performance apparel or shoes...they always respond EVERYTHING in the store can be worn for tennis...then i get ****ed off and leave...i have to drive an hr from Ohio to PA to go to one and they dont even know what this stuff is....where are you guys located at that the Nike shops actually know what tennis performance equipment it???
Same here in France...
No tennis stuff in the Nike Store I used to go.
You were trolled right there. I probably would have asked for the manager to criticize him/her for his employee's incompetence.
My friend works for Nike Apparel (golf division unfortunately). He says there are only 11 Nike Factory Stores in the US that carry tennis items. He says the Hilton Head, SC store will soon be added to the list.
+1. Whenever I'm there for a conference I swing by - more Nike Tennis than any other place I've been too - more than some Niketowns selling the current stuff. And there are quite a few 'large auction site' sellers from Orlando.
i love hilton head...thats more of a reason for me to love it now lol...ive actually been trying to get a job to move to that area...ive been unsuccessful but ive been trying lol
It is nice that they are adding the Hilton Head store. I hope that means they will carry more tennis merchandise. What they have is very limited if any at all.
Where are the other Factory stores located?
BITD, FILA and Sergio Tachini had factory outlet stores. Visited Lacoste stores in Fla and Georgia two weeks ago with tennis gear. Secret is to coordinate, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Zrgc2aocnM
Went to a Nike Clearance store yesterday and picked up these:
I think I did quite well!
Yes. You did. I don't like the pink but at that price I'd wear them for early morning practices.
Pink and black attack
Nike Clearance store in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.
Yeah, I don't really care for the color either, but you can't beat it for the price!
Anybody knows if there are any good deals at Chicago nike outlet? Any other place in Chicago area to find some tennis stuff on sale?
Federer orange polo with zipper at p g a super store online for $21.
Snagged these Nike Vapor 9 Clubs for $40.
Wow I have never seen those before. What size are they? Where did you get them?
I sure wish stores around here had sweet stuff like that...
Found some Bercuda 2 (white, blue, black) at Adidas outlet. Half off of sale price...so about $20.00. Had a financial moment of conscience and passed....too many shoes already.
