I'm playing with the PS 6.0 85 at 63# Ashaway crossfire 18. I find that at high tension, I have more control and less power. I like to generate my own power in my swing. Yesterday, I just ordered two sets of Timo 18, one of BB 18 and Bow Brand 17NG. I plan to hybrid the luxilon in the mains and NG on the crosses.

Why do you have to string the BB or TiMo at a lower tension? Will you not get the full effect from the string if tension is too high?
Thanks, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

The mfg suggest 10% lower tension, that's just how the string plays relative to other strings. Trust me, they don't feel loose.
