M-Fil 200 & Swingweight Confusion

From TW Learning Center:
Swingweight: Measure of how heavy a racquet feels when swung, i.e. maneuverability. Also known as Moment of Inertia or Second Moment, swingweight is dependent on several factors, including racquet weight, length, balance, head size. A heavy swingweight racquet is more powerful than a light swingweight racquet (ATBE), but will be less maneuverable. Also, a heavy swingweight racquet can be relatively light in overall weight by placing the majority of weight in the head.

I'm kind of confused about the mfil 200. The SW is 337, one of the highest SW i have ever seen in a racquet, but it is still a low powered racquet...
What is the point of sacificing the maneuverability but you dont get rewarded with extra power?

The idea that you get more power from a racket with a higher swingweight is a huge generalization. Even then, it is not always true. That statement assumes everything else about a racket stays the same.

It assumes both rackets are swung with the same angular velocity and that is almost never the case. If your swing is slowed down significantly because of the SW, you will not get more power.

337 seems pretty common to me, but maybe I'm wrong. Either way, their measurement comes from some test rackets. Yours may not be that high.

In the end the specs don't matter, you're opinion of the racket and the results with the racket is what matters.
