    My sister bought one and I tried it playing tennis a few times. I found it made zero difference to how I played. If anything, those days I played a little worse than usual.

    But my sister swears by it. She wears it to the gym every day and goes running with it because she thinks it helps her core strength.

    I think I'll stick to my old fashioned snake oil...

    Mardy Fish has been wearing the power balance since queens, and he has been playing well. querry also wore the bracelet at queens and beat fish in the final. Lopez was wearing one at wimbledon.

    i wear it and you do have better balance and feel more centered than you would otherwise feel.

    Are these like the Q ray? If anything, that thing annoyed the living hell out of me. It didn't do crap and just moved on my wrist. Never tried tennis with it.

    Yes, but my point is that the technologies are not the reason.
    Yes, I'll admit this board had a large influence in what racquets I demoed, but it was the reviews of the racquets that made me consider them, not the techs.

    I found the bracelet's powers and those of my "Pyramid Power" tennis hat cancelled each other out. Played absolute havoc with my ch'i.

    Pure quack. It's shocking to see how supersticious and easy-believing many sports(wo)men are... I hope they just wear this rubbish because of the endorsement money.

    From their website;

    Holograms? Seriously? The human race must surely be doomed if we buy into nonsense like this.

    My father-in-law uses magnetic knee straps and magnetic hip braces to "cure" himself. Told me last month that if I did not believe, it is my problem.

    If your racquet has a manufacturer's hologram, do you still need a hologram bracelet?
