In Australia, where I live, the bands are $60 each. I don't believe they do any good.

Used to sell these about 30 a week. At first i believed then mine broke and i 'dissected' it. When i found out its just a reflective plastic inside i stopped selling them.

It's called a PLACEBO. They could tell you it cures cancer and people would buy it. It can be anything you want it to be.

Ever seen "The 51st State", the one with Samuel L. Jackson in a kilt? This is pretty much the same thing

I think it actually does work, I've been using the Titanium stuff for the last 5 months and in that time I've moved up from 3.5 to almost 4.5.

I bought them from the PowerBalance company themselves so they were 100% authentic. It shouldn't be a magnet tbh. Its the same material as the backside of a CD where they programme the frequency on.

The tests always worked, but what bothered me the most was customers returning because their PowerBalance's ripped and the company only exchanged the one's where the silicone above the hologram ripped. Had a major discussion with them and decided to stop the distribution of it... But that's personal feelings! To make matters worse they upped the retail price.

If you want i could post a picture of it? Should have one ripped example laying around here somewhere.

In the end i believe it to be a placebo and if people want to spend 34,95€ that will make their minds think it works its fine by me. I did the same tests with a regular bracelet with someone and it gave the same result.

We will never know untill the truth is proven... wich they (so far) cannot!

i definitely agree with you, it just seems odd that fish and querrey would be wearing them cuz i doubt they have a deal with power balance and even if they did they wouldn't be making much on it

Just for the record: My dad had been sniffing around in those days for the real price to get it fabricated. It should be around 4-5€(VAT included) while they sell it to stores for about 19€ (VAT excluded) and those in their turn sell it for retail price 34,95€ (39,95€ should it be now).

These prices are retailed atm in Belgium. Wich gives the PowerBalance company 17,99€ per sold PowerBalance. Just making someone else very very rich while it is very easy to produce your own.

Stores would thus only receive 16,96€ or only 11,96€ using the old retail price.
