    ... keep your head still! I was hitting with a guy who kept moving his head like crazy and his ball was all over the place. I told him to keep his head straight and taa-daa, his shots got noticeably better.

    So do it if you can't seem to get a shot to its potential.

    The old adage is like...try reading a book while wobbling your head all over the place. Now hold your head still and read. The same difference applies to tennis.

    You should also adjust your headband every 3rd rally. I did that once and beat my opponent 6-7 6-0 6-0, the bagels coming in after I started adjusting my headband.
