me hitting against the wall

    Ahh, the wall. I remember those days well. I still think it's a useful tool to hone your strokes as long as it is used properly. I think you are hitting them harder than you need to, and the problem with always taking it off the first bounce is that it cramps your strokes. The ball would never return to you that quickly during a match, unless your opponent came into volley.
    You have good hand-eye coordination. Some of those balls were landing deep and you still managed to hit them back near the line on the wall. Still, don't hit it as hard, so that you can give yourself more time to hit a natural stroke.

    Good stuff. Maybe use a orange ball, 50% compression, this way it won't rebound so quickly and you will have more time to prepare for the next shot.

    the ideea is for the ball to come with full pace back at me...that's how i can develop shorter swings, i can do pretty well agains net rushers, my favourite shot being the passing shot:D

    The ball rarely comes back that fast in real life, even against net rushers. So make sure you also practice the swing you will use the vast majority of the time.
