I hope all of you guys will have a wonderful Christmas
You have Christmas in Sweden? Who would have guessed.
(I thought it was just an American thing ).
Well, actually around here we call it Jul (Yule), and it used to be to celebrate winter solstice and have an excuse to get drunk. But nowadays it's mostly a way to celebrate the shopping and insane amount of food gods...
I met some nutty local broad in a disco in Norrkopping who said she was envious of all the various holidays/celebrations we Americans seem to have.
And Feliz Navidad to you from snowy Chicago.
In Phoenix, everybody's got their palm trees and cacti decorated for Christmas.
"jag alskar dig" ... (Suomi) "crema persa"
Merry Christmas from Canada!
Merry Christmas from Sweden indeed.
Hyvää joulua och ett gott nytt år, everybody!
Wishing you all you wish yourselves,
Merry Christmas everyone!!! There are dark-haired people in Sweden???
A few. On my first trip there, my girlfriend and I referred to those chicks as Mahogany Ikea, as in "check out the sexy mahogany Ikea at the bar".
Plus the best looking woman I ever saw in my life was a dark-haired blue eyed Swedish girl at "Spit" nightclub on Lansdowne Street in Boston in 1985.
I went through a "drag queen" phase in 1985. Used to hang out a lot at some bar in Boston. I told everyone I was from Sweden. What the phuk did they know
You wore it well!
Merry Christmas from Ireland.
Merry Christmas from Barbados with love!
ouch!! do you leave presents outside for the little coyotes?
love that poster!!! apologies to my British female friends...
Funny thing is...at least 4 of the girls on that picture is NOT Swedish
The 4 brunettes?
How do you know the pedigree of these particular girls?
Only one way to check, make sure the "carpet" matches the "drapes"
Hey Drak, you must have ate a lot at thanksgiving to pull this one off! Haha! J/K!
And a merry Christmas to all (and a happy New Year) from Fresno California.
No, the latinas and asian girls.
Its easy to recognize imo.
Good Jul ock Gott Nytt Ar!
Sorry mate,, that method is long gone here in Sweden,,,
Καλά χριστούγεννα,χρόνια πολλά και καλή χρονιά and from Greece too.
2 days after Christmas and we had temperature 25 C first time after 50 years.
Glaedelig Jul ok Godt Nyd Ar Fran Denmark
look at this chick.. danish girl aint too bad either.
Neither are the new breed of smart climate change entreprenuers.
In the beginning and at 0.44.
In what sense?
"God jul" to all of you from Norway. Today it`s - 12 degrees C and almost 75 cm of snow in my driveway. The tennis season (outdoor) starts here again in may. How`s the weather where you are?
You might as well have written this in Greek too. We have no idea how celsius works, nor know much about Greek Weather patterns, and thus we have no idea if you were saying it was hot or cold after Christmas, or if it was hotter or colder than usual.
I'd wager there are many who know how the celsius system works here, with many members being non-American.
25 degrees celsius equals about 80 degrees fahrenheit if I'm not wrong. Otherwise, google is your friend. ;-)
Not a very happy christmas for the 3000 Saab workers who will lose their jobs.
You want me to google to learn the temperature? Why can't you guys just respect the host country's system and do the conversion for us?
Or don't do it. You can continue using celsius, but just realize that a large majority of your audience has no idea what you are talking about.
Well, since you did take your time to write that message about not being able to understand what malakas wrote about the temperature there, I figured you would be at the very least a bit interested. And in all fairness, finding a temperature converter doesn't take much longer than what you wrote - hell, it might even go faster.
Anyway, I'll leave it at that. I never meant to instigate such a passive-aggressive (unless I'm just imagining it) response with my earlier post. My apologies and have a good one, heycal.
There was nothing passive-aggressive about my response. It was overtly aggressive response to your nattering. If you foreigners want others to understand what you are talking about here, use the language and terminology of your host country.
no,nothing passive agressive, just old good happy trolling from heycal!
And since next door Italy,is already counting deaths from snowstorms,I guess my post was trying to illustrate to whatever part of my.."audience" that understood, that the weather has lost it.
