Mini Cooler

    If any of you guys carry around a mini cooler to practices and tournaments you play... is all you keep in there is water and gatorade? Any other ideas on what to keep in the for a energy boost during a training session or match?

    maybe some fruit snacks, uncrustable,fruit, energy bars and that gel stuff

    Bananas!!! Best food u can have on the court hands down. Great to keep up energy. Plus like u said water and gatorade. Other then that, id say a towel so u can have a cold one to wipe ur face and neck on changeovers and inbetween sets, does wonders 4 me in matches.
