on hard, clay, and grass surfaces. who wins on each surface?
Federer and Henin on any surface. The power play of Serena and defense of Nadal will not benefit them as much in doubles as in singles, as opposed to the touch and net skills of Federer and Henin.
for hard and grass i think fednin, but clay maybe serenadal.....
I could not agree more
Federer will like to team with Serena more than Henin
huh? what makes you say so?
I read somewhere in articles he likes the way Serena plays...
Really ? wow !
We will maybe see Fed and Serena play mixed doubles.
Better team up with Maria . Interesting.
You and Maria are cranking up the forum. lol. Can't make a post without her ? lol.
phoony while i admire your loyalty to masha (she is one of ju's opponents i really like) please stick to the thread and which pair do you think wins on what surface hehe.
I guess both of us hardly to survive without mentioning Maria.
Yoh thanks. I think on grass surface the chances to win should be high.
You didn't mention which team would win on grass. You see, if you had didn't bring up Maria. lol.
Alright lady. Fed / Maria vs Nadal / Justine on Grass surface.
I don't think you understood, who would win between Fed/Henin vs Nad/Serena.
lol phoony is so confused
...yeah, if the guy has a strong desire to lose...and what better way than to team up with Maria "empty-skull" Sharapova.
oh come on!! maria's not the way before. did you just see that thrashing of serena and venus against her?
at the moment, she's just blonde that all
Mixed doubles is usually defined by the strength of the woman.
I'd say Henin / Federer on Clay and Hard with Serena and Nadal on Grass.
I would say Federer/Henin on every surface because they seem like they would compliment each other all around. Henin is the reigning queen of the clay (the 1 GS that Fed doesn't have), while Federer is the king of grass (the 1 GS that Henin doesn't have). Henin could play backhand, and Federer could play forehand. And they both have great hands at the net. On paper they should beat everyone, everywhere...
But that's only on paper. Federer has said many times that he's not very good at doubles. Serena is the only one with REAL doubles experience, so that could make a difference. I also think doubles has a lot to do with personalities clicking... it's hard to imagine that Serena would click with anyone that didn't have the last name "Williams."
All things said; I'd still put my money on Fed/Henin.
Yah i'm confused. Should said phoony/maria vs gerikoh/rodditha on grass court. How about that???
I would destroy you. lol.
How?? By begging me .
Lol. No, laugh.
fine. how about an underwater court? lol
No issues from us but i'm just worried Rodditha. Could she play???
she'll just imagine you as maria then serve straight at hmm...
where? maria's hips that doesn't have a curve?
No.......you should train Rodditha on how to bounce ball up to 30 times and serve straight flying up to the sky.
You are wicked, i'm not the blond one. Why don't you go check on her and teach her how to use a racket and tell her that tennis is being played with a racket. lol.
Doesnt matter whether blonde or black as long as you're sweet, nice, kind hearted, lovely etc etc .
I'm all that.
Nadalena would lose to Federin on any surface
you're right, but if i could choose, I'll take a blonde
clay, grass, or hard, jufed or rafarena... pls stick to the topic!
Federer's record in doubles isn't stellar.
My pick would be Serena and Nadal. Serena will benefit from the fact that she can stand at the net and doesnt have to move much.
I have to say nadal/serena too, fed is my fav. mens player and henin my fav. woman, but nadal has had better success in doubles than fed and serena has had much better success at doubles than henin.
Wow this thread has been hijacked. Anyway Fed/Henin would win on all surfaces.
Separate names with a comma.
