I know that when hitting GS you have to lean forward and move into the shot. However, during some rallies I forget and hit the ball off balance. Does anyone have tips on how to fix this? I need to engrain this into my muscle memory. Thanks.

Move your feet! Try and get their early, so you won't have to be reaching(getting off balance). That would be my tip.

  5. take a couple of steps back and take it on the rise, especially if it is a high ball
