MR Arthogram

    If MR Arthogram says unequivocally that there is no tear, how trustworthy is that report?

    More definitive than a normal MRI. (When you said "MR", I assume you meant MRI)

    There was a recent thread on this forum of, I believe, a labrum tear that should have been diagnosed earlier with a dye MRI.
