So does anyone like this kid, he should just quit tennis and stick to his baby crib.

I wouldn't be shocked should he lose to Dancevic first round.

Mr. Simon, what went on in your head
Mr. Simon, did you talk with the dead
Your lifestyle to me seemed so tragic
With the thrill of it all
You fooled all the people with magic
    You waited on Satan's call

    Mister Simon.......

Simon is good on hard courts! He should beat Frank in round 1!

Wellwegot, did you know that Gilles Simon has a 2-0 record against Federer - I can tell you are a ******* based on the bottom of your message, but come on man, get your facts straight

I like his game. He's a pretty smooth ball striker.

Frank does not look good tonight, but Simon, regardless, is showing glimpses of why he did so well last summer and fall. I am a big fan, and have wondered why he he has played so poorly this year.

Solid game, great backhand, mentally terrible. It still shocks me he's in the top 10, and hopefully the next two months will weed him out -- either he continues his success from last year and proves he belongs there, or burns like (like I think he will) and drops to top 30 at best, where he belongs given his current game.

He started the yr well (Q-finalist at Aus Open). Hc's are his best surface, so he could have a good run during the north american hardcourt swing.

Huge Dancevic fan huh. By the way I am shocked that Federer let them place Simon into his quarter of the draw. Did he even look at the draw before signing off on it?
