    Hi all,

I'm sure many of you will have noticed already - but thought I'd give them a mention...

You can see a number of features that distinguish them from retail versions, most noticeably the 'claws', amongst others... The Barricade 6 'claws' are clearly cosmetic here, but if you look closely - you can see claws more akin to the Barricade 5's in black.

Pretty cool - they look a lot more flexible/comfortable too. Check them out in Murray's next match at the Aussie Open.

    :)

It's clear those are THE BARRICADE 5's!!!
Murray also played in 5's during the LONDON Masters while playing some tournaments in 6's before that!
So it might be he's more comfortable with the 5's.
    All other is pure marketing!!

Murray's shoe is a combination of the Barricade V and VI. It has a Barricade V bottom/sole with a Barricade VI upper. His feet don't suit the fit of the new VI's so he has a custom shoe made.

If i have any chance to get some photos, i will post them!

...otherwise known as a PE(player exclusive) and the face of adidas tennis.

This goes the same for Rafa and Fed. Since they're proven players, they can wish whatever they want. The rest or other signed adidas/nike team athletes make due to GR (general release) versions.

The heel is most noticeable to me. It's clearly the barricade 5 with the spot where the "barricade" id tag used to be.
