Good that you got a massage. Massages can work wonders for tight and sore muscles.

Uh, you would have to be very careful or you'll risk hurting the damaged muscles even more. Massage is good for muscles that get tensed from stress or haven't experienced a full range of motion, which they're not really worn or damaged.

For worn or damaged muscles, my opinion is to relax and leave them alone to heal. Hence, sleep and rest work miracle.

dunno if damage. still massage feels good. specially witha hot masseus. anyways, now the pain level is low.

I think I got this from playing 2 intense set then I went and have a sit for 30 mins doing nothing then I played another set again without warming up.

watch out for deep tissue massage straight after intense exercise. if the muscle is damaged in any way (painful rather than just stiff and achey) then a deep tissue massage can damage the muscles further. if it is just stiffness then enjoy the massage by all means
