I threw this together at work today (hence the awkward clothing and setting) because I was bored and am itching to see if I've progressed over the past year. Hopefully I'll be able to get some footage on an actual tennis court with hitting partner some time this week/month. For now, this is all I've got.

    Enjoy!

Good teaser Boojay. Are you 'reaching' a little much on those forehands?

    You know it, Bra! :p

Oh wow, not even close. If I had even half the extension he did, my arms would rip off! Guy's a beast for sure.

Yes. It's a pretty bad vid because of the conditions. The space I'm in is pretty limited so I have to use a squishy ball that barely bounces (otherwise the incoming ball would be too fast and I would have no time to setup). Obviously, a tennis ball would be coming much faster and bouncing higher. I didn't get a chance to implement the high takeback as discussed in this thread, which I'm looking forward to incorporating into my swing, allowing me to hit cleaner and against higher balls.

    Tanx.

I dub thee the Asian Factor!
