Currently I am using an APDC with Prince Sythetic Gut Duraflex 16 strung at 56.
I am having serious issues with topsin forehand having the trampoline effects.

With that said what would you recommend I use of my stringjob & hybrids are allowed.

    *All 16 Guage

    Technifiber NRG 2
    Gamma Revelation
    Luxilon M2
    Gamma TNT2
    Gamma Zo Power
    Prince Syn Gut Duraflex

    I am a hard hitting 4.0

Ok so I have decided to run Technifibre in the mains and Prince in the crosses.

What tensions should I use? 56 with psgd is is to low for me.

nrg2 is a multi and m2 is a poly. never tried poly, but poly w/ multi is usually a good combo, its mostly personal reference. i like using poly w/ syn gut

hm... since u hit hard try 62/63

Seems from 56 to 63 is a rather huge jump.
    I'd consider 59 before going to 63.
If your strings shift every stroke, and the tramp effect is more than 1/3 of your shots, then go straight to 63.
Always better to conservatively raise string tension than go for broke and break your body/arm/wrist.

hm.... i guess 59 or 60 is good. i started at 70 lbs then went down gradually, to 68, then 64, then 63/62, then back to 64/67, then down to 64, then down to 60(hated it!!!), and now im back at 64/63 and i LOVE IT THERE!

I have just stopped using Slazenger Type Nx-ones, in those i had supersense mains and alu rough crosses, was an amazing set up for feel and tonnes of spin. If i was having a good months stringing i would spend out on NXT 17 gauge for the mains but obviously couldnt do this all year because it would only last about a set, often not even that. Let me know what you think of this set up!

Sorry to break it to ya, but you are AT BEST a 3.5 but mostly an avg 3.0.

BTW, can't believe you swapped racquets and sent back the wrong one on purpose scammer Trevor.

for some reason, Americans usually inflate their NTRP by a lot, and usually string by many pounds more than needed.
