it is a very nice motion but i think you are sacrificing some pace by thowing the ball too far into the court

I personally think that I could have dropped my shoulder a little more to get more action on the serve. Also, like you guys said that the toss was too far into the court.

ohh you seem to have the same problem i have :) Many months ago i posted a video of my own serve and BB told me that the angle of my hitting arm and my body was less than 90 degrees robbing me of some power.
Apparently the angle is supposed to be about 120 degrees or somehting like that.

otherwise, good serve. I'm no coach so thats all i can say.

Seems to me like most of your racquet speed is coming after contact, robbing you of power on the shot.

It looks like you have an extreme eastern backhand grip on the serve, so maybe you're hitting it with too much spin. I'm imagining this serve being really spinny with not a lot on it.

Also, I think the way you keep your right arm in so tightly throughout the whole motion could be robbing you of some power.

But it's not a bad looking serve at all.

35ft, my right arm might looks like its tighten but its really not. I losen up just before im about to toss the ball in to the air. Matter of fact im gonna try to take another video from a different angel. just to show you guys the serve in different dimension.

Second video shows you have fixed the "leap into the court" thing. Nice bit of topspin to get it in the court, without it being a wimpy spin serve. I would just crank up the power with the same motion. Add more of a vertical topspin motion for the second serve and you are in business.
