    What you shouldn't do:
    1. Post a video like that

    What you should do:
    1. Use a higher quality camera with a better frame rate
    2. Show more than one serve, preferably from multiple angles.
    3. Show a variety of serves. Spin, flat, kick, etc.

    You can't honestly expect us to be able to help you with anything with a video of that quality. Please come back with a better video!

    Crappy video as was said but I was able to see that you are getting some good pronation on the hitting arm so you're probably swinging up and into the ball correctly. With a better video we'll be able to tell if this is true or not.
