    Thanks for bringing back the memories. The Knack was supposed to be the next Beatles since their debut album sold out faster than even the Beatles' first. Their second one went nowhere, and I don't even know if there was a third. I still have my ticket stub when they came to Dallas back in about '80.

    The Knack actually released 6 studio cds over the years. I was a big fan, but only liked the first, 2nd and 4th ones. Power-Pop, baby!!
    Back in '79, I saw them play on their first tour---they opened for some band called The Police...

    Lol, wish I could relate to y'all more. I was born in 1995. :neutral: Not real familiar with the tour and all of their CDs

    Well, that's the beauty of cds, and you can buy em used from amazon for cheap. And half the time, the old ones are re-mastered.
    The Knack stopped recording and touring for awhile, then came back with a new drummer, etc. They, and other power-poppers were a refreshing change from the other music scene back in '79, punk rock.
