    That is the best way I can describe her style. Just so pretty to watch. I'm so happy that the technical game is successful once again and if it continues, it will bring women's tennis back up to where it once used to be.

    Topspin, while I'm a big fan of Anastasia's game... I think it might be wishful thinking to see the power game lose favor. Although, it seems to me that all the up and coming players have more technical, all court games. I guess time will tell. Hope you're right.

    Anastassia actually hits very hard but now uses the brain 1st and brawn 2nd, not just firing Amazonian winners that are long or wide 50%! It was the brain that won this Garros, same Russian brain that ruled chess for so long (until computers came along!). If you saw Sharapova, the Florida-Russian fave, she wound up and fired. With larger court she is a finalist! So I agree how more crafty point creation may take hold and maybe on hard courts too?
