Until today, the only Snort Graphite Dyno I knew of had a squarish Yonex-like head shape and came in blue/yellow or blue/white graphics, but today at a 2nd-hand shop I met a new one:

    • oval mid-plus head, not the least bit squarish
    • solid maroon paint job with gold lettering
    • "Graphite Dyno" at 12:00
    • solid green full-length case with gold lettering
    • very thin beam
    • 16 mains

This thread about a 1986-87 Graphite Dyno may be discussing the same racquet, but the pics in it are no longer available. A head size of 84.5 sq in is mentioned here, but the one I saw was definitely bigger.

    Anyone know this one's story?

I've got two of those I picked up on the bay. They're like the golden mid, but I think they might be softer...no kevlar. Anyone else with thoughts? (I haven't hit them yet...hmmm...maybe I'll take them out this week).
