Tennis should only be played on 90's and before grass and no HC or clay.

True, but I do wish the atp would establish a true grass court season. It sucks that there is only one grass court tourney where the entire field is present.

I don't know how they'd do it with the French so close to Wimbledon but they shouldn't be afraid to cut back on clay or hard court events to make room.

And I wish they had a grass court event on the old, faster grass. I'd like to see how Nadal does on that.

Indoors on hard courts or carpet seems more "real" to me then playing on Clay

I LOL so hard at Nadal for saying those things every time. Yes, Rafa, you, the inventor of tennis, teach us what the sport is about? Is it about running side to side returning shots, waiting for your opponents to make an error only to fist pump his face? Is it about taking fake MTOs and a toilet break on match point? Is it about drug abuse? Please, enlighten us!

Nadal also doesn't have the best English and the translation can be lost during his interviews.

Well, if indoor tennis is artificial, so is playing on an artificially fertilized, manicured, and trimmed grass court. If you want it natural, you need to let that thing grow however long it likes, no? And I wonder how well a waist-height meadow would take Nadal's topspin? Would it kick up high enough for his liking?

And what about this so-called natural clay? It is artificially brushed, swept and pampered to within an inch of its life. That's hardly natural to me.

Nadal is quick complain if the outside factors get too much for him to handle, like when he refused to play when Djokovic was whooping him in the FO 2012. Yet, give him perfect conditions (an indoor hardcourt) and he'll still complain.

Nadal sounds like he wants change on the tour because its not fair for him.

He must be a liberal or something.

No, Fernando Gonzalez doesn't thinks he is a tennis icon and does not play the humble being role.

If you would see the way Federer responded, with class, you would understand...Federer it's sponsored by Mercedes and he DOES drive a SLS AMG, but at least he said, he likes Mercedes a lot, and any other fast car. At least he really uses Mercedes.

It's just a fact...this doesn't make me hate Nadal more, it just shows his real character.

You just need to play at a good indoor facility. Or play outdoors on cracked courts with East-West alignment and covered in bird crap if you think that outdoors is always better.

    1. So you do know clay is a man made and not natural clay? Does this mean all clay court tennis is not real?
    3. Lighting not natural? Does this mean every night match is invalidated due to being played under "unnatural" light?

AFAIK, tennis started as an indoor sport in France, correct me if I'm wrong.

I think that is true. Indoor tennis is real tennis. Which is logical. Wind, rain ruins the game.

Agassi used to say clay was a different sport before he won it. Discounted Muster's achievements.

Didn't he also hate grass until he won Wimbledon? Seems to be a pattern there.
