The crowd is just terrible. They cheer and boo as they wish and now they turn the attention to Ronaldo.

In your imagination? Who would think that someone could not win more than 4 games against fat Dave over here? I'm so annoyed by this. Nadal is playing pretty bad and if Nalbandian could only sustain an average level during the whole match he could beat Nadal without too much trouble. But look what he's doing now. About to give up a double break... sigh..

Wow. I come back from a shower, and Nalbandian is up 3-0 with 2 breaks. Then as soon as I start watching again Nadal has gotten both breaks back. Maybe I shouldn't watch this match.

Go back to pages 1-2. One person said that, and two agreed with him.

Nadal is the greatest clay-courter in world history. In the Madrid final in 2011, Djokovic went up 4-0 in the first set, then BOOM, Nadal levels to 4-4. A double-break means NOTHING against Nadal on clay. :p

Nalbandian is getting handcuffed on second serves. He's barely moving his feet out there on the return!

OK. We're back in business now. Rafa, just keep working on that first serve, which shall serve you well in the future.

What a letdown this match is. Bad match quality, bad resolution on my stream, bad sound quality on my stream, bad nadal, worse nalbandian.

Some people on here must be watching a different match than I am. I see dominating stuff from Nadal after a week and a half of rust.

Seriously folks, let's just get this out in the open.

The people that were voting for Nalby to win this match put all their chips on the table and hoped the opponent across the table called their bluff.

This is the greatest clay court player of all time. Zeballos winning last week was the combination of a fluke, Rafa getting back into match shape, and Zeballos playing the match of his life. Know what happened the next match? Horacio wins the first set, and doesn't win another game before retirement. His stamina just sucks, and that's part of the reason. He'll get slaughtered the next time by Rafa.

So for all the complaints about the butt picking, the time delays, or Rafa's supposed complaining all the time, the people here need to remember that whether he's in the twilight of his career or not(maybe, maybe not), that this is an 11 time GS champ. To beat him, even not in his prime, takes the match of anyone's life.

Same with Roger, same with Nole, same with Murray, same with Ferrer, same with all top players.

Nadal didn't face a single player in the Top 75. I'm surprised they even award ATP points for this glorified exhibition. However, we all know his fans will still cheer like he's just won the CYGS.

Congratulation to Nadal on being handed the journeymen timbuktu open!

I'd be very worried if I were a Nadal fan, he lost the last timbuktu tournament to someone ranked #500 being out played. And only won today after being 0-4 down by his opponent choking.

What happens when he plays someone who's won a slam?

I didn't see anything dominating from Nadal. His forehand and serve were good, but his backhand and movement are totally awful. He better watch out at Acapulco because Ferrer would tear him a new one in this form.

Thanks for the easy $5,000 and I'll be betting huge on Nadal to win the French since I'm sure they will put his odds nice and juicy. They seem to forget that he is the king of clay.

Those are just the facts. Of the 8 quarter-finalists at Sao Paulo, 6 were outside of the top 75. Nadal winning here means nothing. Let's see how he does at Indian Wells, his first real tournament of the year. Or rather, let's see if he doesn't withdraw.
