I got my CourtBallistec's yesterday. I was worried about the color since I had read on here and other websites that the color was purple and not navy. But I can definitely say the color is navy, a dark navy. It's almost black. I like them!

Just got them too in the afternoon. The holidays came early...

Dark Obsidian/Green Spark (oh yea!)/White (more like Pearl white).

For me, the coolest tennis shoes released this year. The green sure pops!

They look great, i love the colour of the laces!
Would it not have been smarter for nike to make the shoe the same colour under the pimples as people complain they fall off leaving big patches of a different colour?..

ordered the black/white vapor vi, just saw these at niketown, and i have to say they look great in person. this shoe really looks like a quality product. as for the color,

it is a dark obsidian. the strap the goes up is slightly a different shade. really sharp looking.

Do these heel bubbles still puncture all too easily or has this problem been overcome?

    Thansk Shellovic~! ;)

I think essentially it's the same shoe that was released all year long but with a different colorway. Though in this instance, I hope i'm wrong and you're right.

Hey im about to buy a pair of these too... if your foot is around 9 1/2 to 10 what size would you recommend getting? people have been telling me to get a 1/2 size smaller!?! did you do that too? what do you recommend out of curiosity. Im afraid to order them now because i wanna try them on and see how it fits but my foot is 91/2 size or 10 but most likely 91/2

    hey prs-

An ancient, obselete, boxy Canon Powershot A610 5-Megapixel(only?!!!) which u can get for a song on the bay.... I think one can get better deals with the latest 12.1Mp powershots....

Whatever you do, just turn on the Macro mode and have liberal (i prefer au naturel) lighting.

    Have fun amigo.

how to the ballistecs compare to the performance of the Cage 2s?
    are they lighter?
how is the support on the ankle and the overall stability?

Having owned both shoes, I would have to say that the CB1.3 is a lot more comfortable than the cage 2s, meaning that the cushioning is unparalleled. On that note, the CBs are not lighter than the cage 2s, but it's barely noticeable when you put them on and grind it out on the court. Ankle support feels great, thanks in part to the air in the heel, there's no discomfort or soreness after a long day's hit, and the stability is awesome as well. Hope this helps

I wore my 1st pair of CB 1.3 2 days back, and i have to say there is NO wear-in lead time! It feels as if i have been playing with them for a month! Amazing.

Sorry to bump this old thread but where can I find the shoes that are in the pictures? Because I think the inside side of the shoe looks much better than the ones being sold online right now.
    Have they been discontinued? Thanks!

If they made the blue into black, i'd get them.

In my opinion, the black/turq was the best 1.3 colorway. :)

At first I would have liked black over blue, but when I sent I'm some old shoes for warranty they sent me the shoe. The colorway grew on me and it is now one of my favorite colorways of the 1.3.

I got the pink because they were the cheapest and I think they look awesome. Had to send back the green ones because they were too large. Didn't look as good as pink.
