Granted, LJ joined the league right out of high school.

10 seasons strong. Look what Bill Russell achieved in 13 seasons!

Blame Popovich for keeping Manure Ginobili in the game, he singlehandedly may have lost the Spurs the game. Dude is terrible these days, he's had 5 bad games out of 6 in the finals but he was in the game practically the entire time it seemed. Not to mention that blatant flagrant on Lebron where he elbowed him in the neck, he should be suspended for that. Spoelstra tried to match Popovich's bad coaching by putting that slug Wade in for Miller and upsetting the nice run the Heat were having, but Greg could not be outdone. LeBron delivered an incredibly clutch performance in the 4th, yeah there were some mistakes but the guy was just exhausted by the end of the game.

James was in the league at a younger age. The Rafa/Fed analogy about maturing at different ages applies.

Lakers Celtics game 7 was awful. Never have seen that mentioned as a great game before.

San Antonio gave that away. Gotta tackle bosh and or Allen before that 3 goes up. Gotta make free throws. Miami didn't deserve that win.

ok i youtubed it. maybe not good basketball in any sense of the word. but it was memorable for me in that:

1 - boston blew a 3-2 series lead by losing two straight at home.
    2 - kobe shot a bricktastic 6/24.
    3 - boston lost.

Games 6/7 were in LA that year (10).

Agreed, Ginobili did well in game 5 but put up a lot of minutes that he wasn't used to.
He was probably not in shape to go at it two games in a row.
Popovich should have noticed this very early but didn't.

Popovich is very sharp but this game his hunches turned out poorly, it can happen to any coach.

Vegas does not think much of the Spurs in game 7, Heat is a - 6 pts tomorrow. I was expecting -3, -4 at most.

Jeez. Everybody simmer. I wasn't comparing lebron and jordan. But when you win people forget your mistakes. I just used jordan as an example. I could have easily have used kobe. They both made mistakes and missed important shots, but since they won a lot it's mostly forgotten.

As a tennis example, no one is going to remember Feds worse losses and chokes, they're going to remember him as an incredibly dominant tennis player with the most grand slams.

Counting down the hours already. It's going to be a long Friday on no sleep. Hopefully the Spurs pull it out and it will be all worthwhile.

Jeff Van Gundy is saying they're all gased. With him being a NBA coach all these years, I guess he knows what he's doing.

Kawhi Leonard, how is he getting all these rebounds?! Someone box him out!

I'm not liking the Spurs' timeout situation. They only have 3 left and it's still the 3rd quarter. Meanwhile, the Heat have 5 left.

Time out situation now even. Way to hang in there for a good half a quarter without burning another timeout SA.
