Don't know about the likeable part but i agree on the entertaining part. I hate floppers though.

Fantastic eh? Alright JBfan, coool, to each his own. While I like the mini 'fro, the Don King??...nah, and as for the 'combdown', it kinda reminds me of Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), Ike Turner, Moe Howard (Three Stooges), The Beatles and Pete Rose. On a serious note, his ominious "other knee" comment should give any Philly fan pause - THAT would be a shame.

I think he was making a penis joke and meant to say other leg as he disrobed.

My dad pulled this same stunt on a nurse after he was released from Shock Trauma in 1983, excpet he actually did say toher leg and disrobed. They got another Nurse to work his room. Dont know if she quit or not.

HAHAHA Dedans, comparing his hairstyle in that one pic to the Incredible Hulk was hilarious but dead on.

There is nothing likable about blake griffin.

But the Clippers are fun to watch.

I was expecting Denver to be alse be fun. Still want to see them when the play in Philly.

Won't happen unless they meet in the finals. Denver already played their one game in Philly 1st game of the season.

Irving out with a broken index finger. S-Jax out with a broken pinkie. It realy sucks when good players go down with injuries but at the same time, it makes me appreciate Kobe that much more

Last night's Magic/Hawks was vintage "Top 10 Worst Games of Year". 153 total points, both teams depleted by flu-ridden players with no legs. Hawks won ugly but stay in touch with divisional foes while the Magic reach the eighth-pole 3-7 and searching for some continuity. They finally started well but didn't answer the bell after halftime. Vaughn used all the bench but Big Baby led the team with 11 points. Where will the "O" come from???

We just don't have the O. No real scoring on this team yet. What we do have is some nice young talent in Nicholson and Harkless. We also should be able to transform this roster to resemble a low seed playoff contender by next year.

Magic fans should watch Shabazz Mohammed and Nerlens Noel a lot this year.

Going to be a lot of rough games like last night until then. :(

I thought that was the reason for last year's excessive amount of bad games?

Not in the NBA, but some kid called Jack Taylor score 138 in a NCAA. Something like 52/108 for the game.

The kid's got some stamina, to jack up 100+ shots in a game.

    Lastly, who was guarding him?!

No OT? That means he hoisted up every 22.22 seconds in a 40-minute game!

    He played only 35mins. so it's a shot every 20 seconds ;)
Also. Some guy on the other team scored 70 on 34/44 shooting.

71 3-pt attempts...must have went straight to the arc after rebounds/steals by his teammates.

While these were record-breaking stats last night, Grinnell College's earlier exploits in scoring are well documented in a story @ SI.com this morning.

Records like this are pretty meaningless. The guy plays in a no-name school for DIII and jacks up 70 shots against another no-name school that was 0-4. When Kobe got 81, it was against the lowly Raptors. But at least the game was competitive. This team beat their opponents by 70 points!

Lakers 0-4 on the road for the first time since 1995. Gasol suggests they should play more post ups. Hint he isn't a fan of playing fast tempo.

Huh? Cleveland's record is 3-9...they have lost 7 of 8 since beating the Clippers in LA. It IS the Magic's 8th straight win vs the Cavs.

Meant losses v Orlando. Watched the game last night. Cavaliers had the lead most of the 1st 3 qtrs. http://www.nba.com/games/20121123/CLEORL/gameinfo.html?ls=iref:nbahpgt[0021200172]

Only the Whizzards have lost 10 in a row.

He's really suggesting for more post-ups when he's playing soft and passing up shots left and right...

    Genius.

QFT, Dude is Charmin soft. He's shooting fadeway jumpers over 6'8-6'9 defenders for God's sake. 3rd straight year where he' s not trying hard (plays great for Spain though)

Lakers' front office must be popping bottles for getting rid of Andrew Bynum.

    Oh wait, they're below .500.

It's November, the Washington Wizards will win the next 60+ games once John Wall comes back.

Just saw on Fox sports where Kevin McHale's (former Boston Celtic and current Houston Rockets head coach) daughter died of lupus at 23. My heart goes out to his family. :(

Loved the people who criticized us for not trading for bynum. Yes his contract comes off the books next year, but it would have been horrible for the rep of our Grant Hilled franchise. Great move by hennigan to get Harkless and Nicholson. They are developing fast here.

Bad timing too. Being Thanksgiving weekend and all.

Kevin McHale is a legend on and off the court. His legendary status as a player has been well established, and coming into his own as a coach now. He was one of the few analyst that was extremely insightful and broke the game down for the casual audience, and he was hilarious too!

I hope he'll stay come back soon to basketball.

All much smack as I've talked about the Nets recently, they're really starting to look good IMO. Brook Lopez is a beast at 7'2'', 260lbs. Sort of like a young Yao before all the injuries. And Deron Williams is Deron Williams, giving you 20 PPG and 8 APG, not to mention energy and leadership night in, night out. Watch out NBA!

Brook Lopez is ballin', there's no doubt about that. But I wouldn't compare the two (Yet). What Yao Ming lack in brute strength, he made up for it with a variety of low-post moves. More importantly, he had a legit jump shot. Guys had to respect his jumper and check him outside of the paint.

Brook Lopez is heading in the right direction, it's nice to see someone with the ability to play with their backs toward the basket.

And the Nets, 4 of their starters are either elites or near-elites. Deron Williams, Joe Johnson, Gerald Wallace, Brook Lopez, and a deep bench.

Kobe Byrant played a flu game, messed around and got himself a triple double. The wrong kind of triple double though:

40 points (damn!) 10 rebounds (not bad for a aging guard) 10 turnovers (whoa buddy! eye on the ball!)

LOL @ Charles Barkley calling the Spurs/Heat game:

Charles: "Welcome to the NBA, where you can draw two charges, but only get called for one."

    Charles: "Travel"
Reggie: "There's no traveling in the NBA, Charles."
    Charles: "Oh my bad."

Loving my Knicks so far. If Stern puts penalties on Pop it'll be dumber than basketball reasons.
