I have demoed the ncode tour 90 several times now. On the TW website, it lists the racquet at 9 pts head light. The racquet itself states 12 pts head light. However, the model I am testing couldn't possibly be either of those. It feels and balances out almost even.

I noticed that the frame is made in China, so I'm wondering if there is a problem with consistency amongst these frames. I know that Head racquets made in China are less consistent than those made in Austria. Maybe the same thing here?

To me, the consistency of one racquet to the next is very important. It's impossible to have backup racquets handy, if they all balance out and feel differently. It kind of defeats the purpose.

Anyone want to offer some feedback about the production of these frames?

    Thanks,
