I found a new can off tennis balls someone left this weekend. I also recall finding a red lacy bra, a wilson keychain, and about a thousand vibration dampeners.

    Anyone ever find anything good?

The only thing I've found are lots and lots of dampeners.

In Pre-Guilliani days I used to "find" crack vials in and around the court, dog crap, broken racquets-nice stuff. I once "Found", at 8:00 on a Sunday morning a couple of club kids doing the dirty on a park bench next to the courts. Recently, on different courts, I found a Diesel Wrist Watch, which I turned into the club pro.

There are some public courts near a big playground in our area, and one night I was hitting at the courts with someone, when we saw a few goth junior highish kids go into the playground. We then heard some moaning coming out of the playground, who knows?

Nah...he does fairly well, and sports a Tissot-last I saw, the Diesel was still sitting on his desk.

My friend left his watch on the court, good thing I found it and gave it back to him. Good thing Phil wasn't around either.

Was there really a reason for that comment? No. You're just a moron, Rickson, and you cannot shake me from your mind. But please try...I really don't want to be there-I tend to get claustrophobic in really small places.

We played tennis with Clyde Drexler the other day and after 2 days found a watch in my cousin's bag. It didn't belong to me or my cousin but seemed a bit small for Clyde's wrist but He's gonna call him and find out if it's his watch or not. It'd be funny if it was because it's a plain jane citizen watch.

When I was a beginner about a year & half ago. I learned from those quite good players, marked their own balls. These people don't buy ball, they collect from advance player after a few set played.

I marked my new balls too. As a learner to Tennis. After few days those balls look old, I just left in on the court.

What happen is after couple days, I ready to play game with this guys and they bring out the marked old balls I happen to throw away. I learned a lesson, the next time to throw my own garbage into trash bin and make sure deep into the bottom and no one can pick them.

I once found a $20 bill on the court. Asked around (by which i mean shouted of course  call me a bad person, i was 13) and then pocketed it.

Next my friend found a brand new TT Hornet, posted signs etc, nothing for 3 weeks, so he got a brand new racket (granted a bad one).

    Hundreds of dampeners

My trump card: An bright orange foam Langston University visor that said "Langston: Committed to Academic Excellence" on the back. Wore that sucker the whole tennis season, the coach didn't really care for it, but it definitely brought some laughs.
