Hey all, I'm a junior tennis player who plays tournaments regularly and at least 3 hours of tennis each day. About 2-4 months ago, I felt as if my neck always needed to be cracked by turning my head around. I thought it would die off shortly but then I realized whenever I woke up and went down the stairs my knees and joints around it would pop and crack. It didn't hurt, but it worried me. Now, my back always feels like it needs to be cracked. Sometime my wrists and my ankles do, too. I haven't visited a doctor yet, but I'm getting more and more worried. Is it too much strain on these joints from playing tennis or is it something else? If you know something please reply and it would really help if someone knew how to treat it. Thanks.
