Hi, I am concerened because I am just starting to play tennis again from a back injury (stress fracture).. I have an 03 speedport white and use lux Alu power 16 and psgd 16 at 60 and am wondering now that I am recovering from a back injury if I should switch and us something softer like a full bed of multi if that would benefit from pain coming back in my back.. Any suggestions are much accepted thanks In advance..

Try a soft multi or gut at lower tension. It can't be worse for your body that poly/syngut. XCel is one of the softest multis, guts are even softer. The string might not affect your back directly but you don't have to overhit. Also, listen to your body and give it time to get the muscle strenght back and fully recover.
