    Need help w/racquet identification, please

Here's some info on my older racquet, which I purchased in 2001. I did absolutely no research when I bought this racquet, and simply bought the first one that felt OK in my hands. I've since learned more than I ever wanted to about racquets (mainly due to the expertise of the folks of these message boards), but I can't figure out what racquet this is. When they announced the Agassi re-issue, the pics looked almost exactly like my old racquet. Did I just happen to buy an "Agassi" racquet back then?

I have pics to post, but I believe that they have to be online somewhere, and that I can't just attach them as I would on an email.

The color scheme is yellow and black, exactly as on the Agassi reissue. The area where string tension, etc are listed reads "String pattern 18M/19C. Tension: 27-31kp/60-68 lbs. ART#231770." On the outside of the neck, it says "Head Austria." On the throat area (where it lists Agassi's grand slam wins on the reissue), it says "Tour series," and "Constant Beam." It also says "Oversize" at the top of the head.

Just for laughs, I put some tournagrip on it and tied a rubberband as a dampener.

    Thanks!

That sounds like the original Radical racquet which Andre "used". It was called the trisys 260. Some refer it to the "bummblebee" because of it's color scheme. It seems to have a good following in the aftermarket and is somewhat of a collectable. People will pay a decent amount for it. It's a nice racquet.

Sounds like it is a consumer clone of the Agassi Radical.

However, mclee025, isn't the Dunlop Hotmelt 200G referred to as the 'Bumblebee'?

I was able to upload a few pics this morning. My racquet looks slightly different than some of the pics of the Trisys/Radicals that I've seen.

Hey, does anyone have any info on this racquet? I'm looking for specs, if possible.

I was hoping that after posting pics, someone could help give me a definitive answer on exactly what racquet this is.

    Thanks in advance!
