ok, i am new at tennis and i just had my racket restrung but about 3 months after that the string broke in two locations at the same time. i had been practising serving for about an hour a day and some days for three hours. i have gotten to be able to hit the ball pretty hard so i wanna know what the best string would be to get on a low budget, say 20 dollars and below, and i mean best in terms of tension stay and durability, also i like using topspin. thnx if any of you can help me out!

I would just go with something really basic - Prince Synthetic Gut with Duraflex...You can by a set for under $4.00. Many places will charge you around $10 labor if you bring in the strings. Prices will vary depending on your areas...
