Need new shoes!

    I have completely worn out my Adidas Barricade IV, good shoes but didnt give me much comfort, im looking mainly for comfort and good support. thanks.

    Check out new Aasic Resolutions and New Balance 803's. Also, for added cushion replace insole with Spenco or Sof Sol-makes a big difference!

    I really like my Asics Gel Resolutions and the Nike Breathe Free II.

    i own a pair of asics running shoes and yes they are really comfy, im guessing in tennis aswell from what im hearing.

    try the fila alfas, they look very well cushioned and have pretty good customer service on their warranty as well.

    Go check out the Prince T20 and the MV4. You don't get the low to the ground feel, but they are very comfortable.

    Gel Resolutions did not fit me (too narrow). While disappointed at first it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me because I discovered the Yonex SHT 306. Perfect fit, lots of cushioning and support. So plush -- it even has soft padding on top of my toes. Best shoe ever for my feet.

    Lets us know how you like the shoes after you actually play in them particularly as it relates to support/lateral stability.

    the gel resolutions are THE most comfortable shoes i have tried on
    also the adidas a3 accelerators are a very close second

    the cushioning will be different. Asics runners employ a much softer cushion because energy transition and the gait cycle of the foot (running cycle: heel strike to toe off) is totally different from when you play tennis. In the tennis shoe the gel is more similar to the asics triathlon shoes (harder gel, more durability).

    If you want comfort try the nike breath series (free over cage for comfort). Also, any of the new zoom trainers are really soft (durability isnt as good though)

    Wilson and Prince make durable shoes and they look better than any shoe on the market.
