I posted a video that shows my some strokes and i need some advice for improvement.
For some reason my forehand grip and backhand grip are very close.Forehand side is close to western grip.
One of my problem is backhand return.Especially againist fast flat serves. My return goes low to net lots of time and when i move my grip clockwise it always goes high.I can't find a middle of these:) how can i improve this? footwork, grip whatever.
Alsa feel free to give advice for forehand.
And one more thing. What ntrp level is this?
    thanks :)

Really not looking bad at all and pretty rec modern strokes. :)

If you want some comments, I'd say you are a bit of what some the anti-
modern instructors warn of, with how you never get much of a strong pull
to the ball before your pull up and across the ball.
You show how well this can work, but it does lack some of the power and
drive you could have if you drug the racket out towards out front contact
a bit more before working up and across the contact.

Even though you have pretty good shoulder turn overall,
You do better with it on some of the open stance Fhs imo.
I think this is in part due to the loading of the core, which doesn't happen
as much from closed and neutral stances.

You are looking staged and mechanical against an almost impossibly slow and moderately high bouncing FEED ball that lands short every time.
NOBODY hit's that slow, except maybe a 3.0 level player.
Your strokes have the makings of all the good parts, but your video is staged to make you look decent.
Until the ball comes faster and deeper, the best we can rate you is 3.5.
